To help BIPOC people begin to heal from generations of trauma and to finally stop the cycle of violence and discrimination, we all must take action. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed when looking at the tremendous reforms that will be necessary to change our society, and that overwhelm can lead to inaction. We’ve compiled a list of actionable resources to help our network to get educated, build an anti-racist workplace, and grow policy and social actions to end policy brutality and support Black voices nationally and here in the Bay Area. If we all take up the work of racial justice, this movement will live on and create real and lasting change.
